Jaden had her first doctor appointment yesterday with a pediatrician. She's gained one whole pound since Gotcha Day and is 30 3/4" tall. She's in the 10th percentile for head circumference and height but way below the chart for weight. He said she's doing great but she needs to gain weight. (Why can't a doctor tell ME that???) As for her not walking and the sideways foot, he's pretty sure she'll be running around the house in the next 2 months. After checking out her foot he said she simply needs to build up her muscle tone. I thought she only needed 1 immunization but she ended up getting 3 as well as a TB test and blood drawn, the last being the worst. Her next appointment is with the eye doctor on Thursday.
She smiles a lot now and just seems like a whole different baby. As you can see, she's become so much better with her daddy who adores her.
